We accept cancelation requests if they are received with in 24Hrs from the time of payment purchase

if the customer is not available at the premises we will try to deliver the shipment a second time. If the customer is not available at the premises of shipping address, we will return the shipment back to our warehouse due to “delivery failure “and the customer will be charged an additional re-delivery charges based on location and parcel weight in line with Shipping Policy

No. You cannot change the delivery address after an order has been placed. However, you may cancel and re-initiate a new order with the updated delivery information.
