Return & Refund Policy

Shopping should be fun, fair and secure.
At Nuteeq we have two cases only for the basis of Returns/Exchange:

Eligibility:

To be eligible for returns, your purchased item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn & unused, with tags and in its original packaging.

Cancelation Policy :

We only refund only when a cancelation request is received with in 24Hrs from the time of payment purchase.

I) Case I: Damaged / Faulty Goods

To initiate returns, please send us an email at returns@nuteeq.ae with the below contents:

  • Order No
  • Date of product delivery
  • Clear Picture proof of product damage as an attachment / Explanation of defect

II) Case II: Wrong Product Received

To initiate returns, please send us an email at returns@nuteeq.ae with the below contents:

  • Order No
  • Date of product delivery
  • Clear Picture proof of the wrong product received

Once the above request for both Case I & Case II is received we will review your request and inform you if the refund or return request is approved.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on when/how our courier representative will collect the item from your location.

A representative from the courier company will contact you within 3-5 days from the day we provide you the return shipping label. However, sometimes it can take up to two weeks for a representative of the courier company to receive the product from you.

IV) We can only process your return request if it is made within 3 days from product receipt. Any request made after more than 3 days will not be acceptable. There may be situations where you have not been able to return products within 15 days, in these cases, please contact our Customer Care Team at returns@Nuteeq.ae to file a complaint. Complaints are handled on a case by case basis. However, all returns accepted in accordance with consumer protection laws must adhere to the specified period (3 days).

V) Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

VI) Nuteeq does not accept Returns requests pertaining to incorrect clothing size and it’s the customer responsibility to refer to clothing charts of each product on Nuteeq.

VII) Nuteeq does not accept Returns requests pertaining to All Type of Consumables / Hygiene / Personal Care Products / All type of Male & Female Under Garments and Perfumes/Fragrances.

VIII) Nuteeq does not accept Returns requests pertaining to change of mind for any product purchased.

IX) Nuteeq does not support product exchange or product change; However, you can still return the product for a full refund if qualifies for a refund

X) Refund Process:

You can choose between a refund in store credit or a refund to your original payment method.

As soon as we receive the return from you to our warehouse, we will begin to process the refund which will take 3 business days to be completed from our side.

After we send to you the refund completion confirmation mail please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund as well hence contact us again after 30 Calendar day if the amount does not appear back on your payment method for us to follow up from Nuteeq side on your refund.

X)i) In certain scenarios under Case I were the returned products are found to be functional as intended and as sold then the refund will not be approved and the product will be shipped back to customer were the customer will bear the full amount/cost of the re-delivery to his location.
